The only challenge which I've mentioned before is when cleaning the cars they need to ensure the bristles are clean as they leave scratch marks on the paintwork.

See above. We dropped the car off a day early and confirmed the agreed work by mid morning on the 25th Sept but it wasn't ready until noon the following day. We expected to collect the car in the morning of the 26th given how long they'd had it.

After having steering wheel replaced for £1200 do not expect car to be damaged on return. Outright refuse to accept responsibility. This is the second time this is experienced at the site with my previous car. Will never attend this location again.

Tim tried his best to sort out the repairs as I had just come out of hospital after cancer treatment and did not need the news of a huge car repair bill. I have bought several cars from Steven James over the years, I can't fault the staff.
